TERMS OF USE
The following terms and conditions apply to the website of Lykoza and the product Lykoza. By using the website and the product, you agree to all the statements below without objections or modifications to the terms, conditions, or any related operating rules and policies.
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the website and/or product Lykoza. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions or policies of Lykoza, you may not access or use the website or the product.
BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS
The product Lykoza operates on a subscription-based model. A free trial period applies only to the initial subscription under your user account. For any additional subscriptions, billing will commence on the activation date.
Adding or removing seats from an active subscription will result in prorated charges or credits on your next invoice. The calculation will be based on the date the seat was added or removed.
Upon selecting your subscription plan, the initial payment is collected immediately. The subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as initially selected, unless canceled or terminated. Payments for future periods will be charged at the start of each subscription period, on the same calendar date as the original subscription, unless canceled or terminated. If you cancel but retain your account, you may reactivate your subscription under the same terms, with your data preserved.
Subscription fees are collected monthly on the same day each month, starting from the day of initial subscription. The terms remain the same unless you or Lykoza choose to terminate the subscription.
You must maintain valid payment information, or your subscription will be terminated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information. Once you provide billing information, Lykoza is authorized to automatically charge your subscription fees each month, without change to the collection date.
Your subscription remains active until terminated by you or Lykoza. You can terminate the subscription at any time, and it can be reinstated immediately thereafter.
NO REFUNDS
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
When creating an account, users must provide accurate and complete information. Failing to do so will constitute a violation of these terms.
Each Lykoza account is limited to a single LinkedIn account connection. Lykoza is not responsible for the security of user passwords. Users must not share their password with others, and will be held accountable for any resulting loss or damage. In the event of a security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the Lykoza support team immediately.
Users agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the security of other accounts or damages the integrity of Lykoza’s services.
LINKEDIN INTEGRATION
Lykoza is not officially affiliated with LinkedIn and is not an endorsed feature of the platform. Lykoza assumes no responsibility for LinkedIn’s practices or policies.
Lykoza is not liable for the consequences of user activity on LinkedIn, including account suspensions or bans due to actions taken through the Lykoza platform.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Users assume all risks when using Lykoza. While Lykoza is designed to be secure and available worldwide, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Lykoza is not responsible for any downtime or unavailability of the product. Users will be notified of scheduled maintenance unless it involves an emergency situation.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction where Lykoza operates(France).
REVISIONS TO TERMS
Lykoza reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using Lykoza.
